BH&A Support Service: As well as specialist software development BH&A can also help with business analysis processes and can support ongoing application and later developments. We can also provide advice on the use of FileMaker products, such as FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server, FileMaker Server Advanced and FileMaker Mobile.
As a complement to regular scheduled visits to your organization, a phone and email help line, our remote desktop support system allows us to provide our support service directly and quickly right to your PC.
BH&A Maintenance Contract: Your BH&A solution will be supplied with a full guarantee, which can be extended by means of a maintenance contract. Under the terms of this agreement we provide a rapid response (within 8 hours) at a reduced rate, covering :
- routine maintenance of the computers covered by the contract
- telephone technical support for users
- system recovery from technical problems with computers covered by the contract, including assistance in data recovery where appropriate
