BH&A is well known and recognised within the FileMaker community.
Members of the BH&A multi-lingual team keep up to date with latest developments through frequent workshops and training sessions, and we regularly participate in FileMaker events such as the annual FileMaker Developer Conference in the US or the European equivalent in France.
Working with BH&A gives the assurance of working with a dedicated FileMaker specialist. In addition our close interaction with FileMaker means that we have a complete multi-media library of literature on FileMaker products, published both by FileMaker Inc. and by independent members of the FileMaker Solutions Alliance.

Founder Benoit Hauglustaine has worked with Apple products since 1991 during which time he gained considerable experience in developing FileMaker database solutions. He has worked as General Manager in a busy business-to-business and retail provider and understands well the pressures and challenges of working in an SME (PME/KMO) environment. He attended the Engineering School, University of Louvain. Benoit Hauglustaine is FileMaker 7, 8 and 9 Certified Developer.

Cedric Willot is an industrial engineer in information technology and FileMaker 8 Certified Developer. Working at the interface between clients and the rest of the team Cedric’s technical expertise and analytical skills will help break down a client’s business processes into a series of well-defined requirements which are then transformed into the technical specification for a solution.

Fabrice Nordmann started working with FileMaker in 1995 when he was working in as an Assistant Director. After a period as a trainer and then as an independent developer from 2000 he rejoined BH&A in 2006. An active member of the FileMaker developer community he is co-founder of the G22 expert group, made up of independent Filemaker developers. Recent Publications include "FileMaker Expressions" in ISO FileMaker Magazine. Fabrice Nordmann is FileMaker 8 and FileMaker 9 Certified Developer.
Tanguy Colles has been developing & managing projects for more than 10 years. Although formally trained as an art historian, Tanguy started early in computer systems initially inventorying collections, creating teaching tools then moving on to managing financial flows for a development cooperation organisation. The red thread through each of these projects has been the same: interface user friendliness and data integrity and consistency. Tanguy Colles is FileMaker 8 and 9 Certified Developer.
Jean-François de Bie has a bachelor of computer sciences from Brussels' Paul Lambin Institute. He spent his first professional experience developing web applications to manage banking security transaction insurances at the Total Intl Group. Nonetheless, he decided to pursue his computer science studies at Louvain's Ecole Polytechnique, with a particular focus on management information systems. This training combination has given him access to the latest development technologies and honed his project management and certified analysis methods skills. Jean-François is a FileMaker 9 Certified Developer. 
Andries Heylen is a civil engineer in aerospace engineering, graduate of the Technical University of Delft (Netherlands). In his former work experience he discovered the power of FileMaker and decided he wanted to become a full time developer. He is convinced that an application should be adapted to fit the business process inside a company, and not the other way around. His belief is that every development project should start with a in-depth analysis of the company’s business processes. Andries is a FileMaker 9 Certified Developer.

DLSystems' Ugo Di Luca, an ISG graduate and well-know FileMaker figure, brings massive experience in this ever-moving field, having been active for more than 17 years in the FileMaker world, quickly moving from "power-user" status to passionate developer, trainer & consultant. Ugo moderates numerous international FileMaker community forums, constantly sourcing and sharing new development ideas. Ugo Di Luca is FileMaker 8 and FileMaker 9 Certified Developer.

Gilles Brunel (Brunel Bureautique), has a solid "entrepreneurial" background, having joined the family business back in 1978 and successfully run it since 1990. In every case, his analysis has been guided by an almost obsessive fascination for what people do, their profession. Gilles believes there lies the secret of a successful project, at this particular understanding, meeting point between a developer and his client. Gilles Brunel is FileMaker 8 Certified Developer.

Anthony Janssens has been a software engineer for the past 6 years. Before arriving in 2003 at BH&A he was a software developer implementing mission critical systems for SWIFT. Anthony’s skills range from developping RIAs (Rich internet applications) and enterprise systems to training staff in the use of BH&A’s Contacts&Events. Anthony Janssens is a FileMaker 7 and 8 Certified Developer.

Stefano Mattei has over 10 years experience in advertising and graphic design. His formal education (Saint-Luc, Brussels) is in advertising. Stefano later moved to web design and web development with a strong emphasis on graphical user interface development (GUI). He believes GUI’s should focus on clean layouts to positively engage users.

Martine Bollaerts has more than 25 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, quality testing and project management. She brings to the table international knowledge, having spent about 20 years in the US.
